After all, I had no qualms about introducing Bruce to Smallville as long as it wasn't in the form of Batman. Anyway, that's of no relevance. I just figured Adam deserved a little love, is all.

Authors notes: After watching "Exile" and noting what Chloe had said to Lana, about her knowing where Clark has been for the past two months since she followed him to his apartment after spotting him in a Metropolis club, this idea popped up and smacked me in the head.

Unfortunately, after putting off writing this fic for a few weeks and returning to the Chlark fandom after a long leave of absence, I found that this idea wasn't as original as I thought it was. So consider this fic to be another take on the whole Chloe-discovers-Kal-in-a-nightclub scenario. Far from original, I hope it's still enjoyable.

Authors notes: Inspired by the movie, The Butterfly Effect (fantastic movie, by the way), and also by Theresa's confession of the way she dreamed of falling in love. To me, the idea seemed somewhat mythological, even spiritual, in nature. Originally this was written in first person, but I changed it because I thought the voice was wrong for Theresa's character. It was too formal, in my opinion. Also, this is based on the premise that Theresa is still staying with the Cohens' after the events of The Shower. Ryan and Marissa are still together and Theresa hasn't returned to Eddie.
